Not only was the customer service amazing from the first time I walked in to when I picked up my vehicle, but they did something that meant a lot to me when it comes to customer service. When I picked up my vehicle, it is the first time that any of my vehicles that have been serviced by other dealerships or shops where they took the time to wash my truck inside and out! You might not realize it, but that extra little detail to customer service makes a huge difference!

Dan Rioz was the rep that helped me and he was awesome. He went out and looked at the damage and saw it was just the driver mirror. Got on his computer and quickly looked around and found a mirror at there local dealer got it ordered and had my truck in and out same day Very great customer service and will recommend Dan Rioz and Ken Graff Collision center

Dan Rioz was my rep and he was awesome got pictures of my truck and saw that no major damage but just needed a driver mirror went to his computer looked it up and Ken Garff dealer has one in stock ordered it and got it installed same day awesome guy will always come back and will recomend to others Thanks

I was quoted roughly 3 weeks to repair. It was pushed back quite a few times and I ran out of rental car coverage before the repair was complete as the repair actually took 6 weeks. Quoting a longer time with the expectation that it would have possibly taken longer would have been more beneficial to me. My husband had to call a few times for updates to see what was happening. The repair itself was fantastic and done very well. Absolutely zero complaints in that department. Just wish that estimating longer than expected to account for possible complications would have been better.
