Early in the prepare process, Megan was very helpful with seeing that photos of the damage and estimates sent to the appropriate insurance company. As repairs began and all through the repair process, Dan kept me informed of his progress and also explained some options I had regarding my insurance. Everyone I had contact with at the shop was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable.
