I thought the experience took way too long. 4 months for hail damage repair and a door panel is too long. I’ve seen entire car builds take less than that. I’m not sure what happened with the communication between the insurance. I’ve got insurance saying that authorization wasn’t given prior to work being started and Dan saying third party adjuster was making decisions difficult. In the mean time, my wife is still without a vehicle because of communication with insurance adjusters. Overall, the work was pretty good but the experience could’ve been better.
