I think that the communication about the progress of the work being done was fantastic. It was great to know exactly where we were instead of wondering. It made it easier to deal with not having a vehicle for such a long time. It wasn't your shop that took so long it was just the extent of the damage. Your customer service and clear lines of communication were outstanding. We bought the truck from you a couple years ago, get it serviced there, and have now had a painless repair with you! I'm absolutely happy with all the interactions I've had.

I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The customer service was awesome, being kept in the loop about every step through the repair process helped make it easier to get through the long process our truck had to go through to be repaired. Not knowing and just wondering would have made it more difficult and probably less patient or understanding. The truck looks amazing and the insurance process was so painless!
