New wheel trim has car wax along the edge. Also was supposed to work on passenger door to pull out dent (courtesy) but did not address. Finally, service was supposed to check brakes while there and I can’t tell if that was done.

Excellent experience.. Lisa kept me informed and the car was ready 2 days earlier..Happy that Nationwide paired up with Ken Pollock Volvo as blue ribbon service provider.
