I was told that the cost would be approximately $ 2,000, and then I checked and they told me that it would be $ 800.00 more, then I asked and they were not clear on how much, and then they kind of dodged the question. Surprise, it was $ 6,000. I am not happy with it. I know you pay, but this company has been very good to me and I care about it, I would like to see that someone from your company, in the future, checks the damage. I do not trust these people.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Even though the loaner car had a low tire, they quickly got me into another when I returned after a few minutes with that car. They welcomed my inquiries and were accurate with their time estimates.
