This whole process was wonderful with your staff at the body shop, Fred the manager was excellent with everything. And to top it all off the time frame was alot faster than we thought, our Pathfinder is back and looks like the day we bought it.

My vehicle was not completed when they told me it was going to be completed My vehicle was not completed at the 2nd promised time My vehicle had wires hanging from it and I had to return to the dealership My trim was not fixed properly and they told me they will probably never be able to fix it because "it shrinks" My vehicle was supposedly washed and buffed and it has scuff marks and dirty Rag marks all over it Completely dissatisfied customer Repairs cost 2 times more then another garage had estimated
