Bryan and the shop people were great. The man and woman that sit in offices to the left and right behind the reception desk/glass leave room for improvement though. Don't know if these are the owners but in one of my visits I had to wait on the woman to finish a personal call before helping me and also witnessed the guy talking down to employees like they were stupid. No one wants to do a good job for management like that. As a business owner myself I'm simply sharing my observation of two people I assume are owners or at least management.
