Every part of the process was painless and easy. After being in a car accident it was a refreshing to work with a company that understands what you need and anticipates it. Patrick kept me informed of the process from the beginning to the end. He went above and beyond with customer service and I felt like he cared for my asset as much as I did which let me know I could trust him. Kelly leads a great team with Felipe and Tim also being great team players. I highly recommend doing business with Sullivans if you want a professional and family friendly experience with exceptional work!

I was extremely impressed with the level of service from the time I walked in. Michael and Pat were I formative about the repairs, keeping me updated thru the repair process and completion date.
