The completed work was great. My car looks good as new, and I appreciate that. However, it took 20 days to get a fender bender fixed. I dropped off my car on a Monday and the bumper wasn’t removed until the following week. That means it sat untouched for 7 days while I was paying for a rental car. I wish I was told the repairs wouldn’t be started until a later date - I would have waited to drop it off until Kenneth’s was able to begin the repairs. I told this to Ramon and he said it’s their busy season so they get 3-4 cars dropped off daily and he can’t let everyone know it’ll take a week to even look at the car. It then took even longer for the repairs to be done because the bumper wasn’t ordered when the rest of the parts were, which meant an additional 2-3 days of waiting to get my car back. Additionally, when I called for updates Ramon would say the hold up was due to the insurance company but the daily text updates from our insurance company about approvals/payments proved otherwise. Overall, there were inefficiencies that could have made this a lot smoother and less stressful. I’m also stuck with $300 of additional car rental fees that could have been avoided. I’m thankful my car looks great but the hassle of getting it back made the whole process very frustrating.

The staff forgot to include the bumper when placing the parts order to repair my car. Because of that, the repairs were delayed 3 days which cost me an extra $100 in rental car fees. It took 21 days to repair a fender bender. That is beyond excessive.

I took my Ram in due to getting into an accident. When I picked my truck up you would have never guessed it was in one. They did an awesome paint job. Communication throughout the process was great too, I was getting a text at least every two days. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needed a paint job or collision repair.

This is the 2 time using you guy, and the first time there was pros and cons of you service. Wiper washers did work found you guy pinch the hose between the fender and splash shield. Miss items from the car. But you guy did go above and calibrated my side camera when I didn’t say anything. This time one of my LED bulbs was not put back in my truck. Tailgate not adjusted correctly bed cover was adjusted and aligned correctly
