The receptionist Brittany was very unprofessional and short anytime. I called to check on the car and to notify the shop manager that I was going out of town. It took roughly almost 8 weeks to get my car back I have used Kenny's collision for over 10 years. I will not be coming back after this experience. There is no sense for rudeness and choosing to bear receptionist not as your job to answer questions and be courteous to the customers
