HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Lady at the front desk was very rude.. it took over 2 months for my car all for it to still have issues and not done all the way. I waited an extra week for my window & alignment but window never got done and alignment was a horrible job. They never answer the phone. I always had to call them several times.

Needed better communication between all parties involved, I was contacted by the rental car company saying that the responsible insurance company had stopped paying for the rental car as of the initial completion date, when I contacted the insurance company I was told that they had not heard or been contacted as to any changes in the completion date, I was in Kenney’s office twice where they had to change the dates and saw her update on the computer and was told I was all set.

It took an unusually long time for my car to get repaired. Though, the woman (Samantha) working the front desk was very nice and helpful, it was extremely difficult to get through on the phone. There was no availability to leave a message and it was frustrating to have to keep calling the shop with no one answering. They’ve got to have a better communication plan with their customers.
