We have brought your shop vehicles probably ten times or more over the years. We asked you to fix a dent that was not covered by insurance, for payment directly from us. You claimed that you did not have the time to repair it because of all the insurance claims you were working on. However, you still kept our truck for over five weeks.We have even brought you business after you damaged one of our vehicles. We are so disappointed in your customer service, or lack thereof

All the major issues were repaired, but there was some scratches/ nicks that were not dealt with. I decided not to bring it back since it took so long to deal with what we did. The folks are good people, but for the time it was there I expected better. Thank you.
