I was told that my car would be ready by the 10th . Called on the 10th and to my surprise you weren’t, nevertheless I miss a very important day that couldn’t be changed!!!

I noticed scratches on the driver side Bach bumper that weren’t there before. I didn’t notice it until the next morning. The office said they had there best mechanic working on my car and that he was sure it would be done by the tenth of December, needless to say it wasn’t done until 4:00 on the 12. I felt like the office should have told me that they weren’t open on Saturday instead of making me think I could receive my car on the tenth,

This is a full service, express body shop partnered with most insurance companies. They handle all the administrative and financial paperwork/ activities directly with the insurance companies. If needed, they work with towing and rental car companies. I like the timely updates on the car repair either by cell call or text and/or email. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Also, they are patient and respectful in answering your questions.
