They gave me a quote that Wes reasonable. Kept me informed on what was happening. They answered any questions I had on a timely basis. They were very helpful and friendly. From the second I walked in to the shop, Freddy and John were excellent. They listened to me, answered all of my questions and they are definitely FOR the customer. Their demeanor put me at ease. They definitely know cars. John even informed me that my suv was not safe to drive even though I'd driven it a few days. I had NO idea. They did and took care of EVERYTHING!!! They got a rental for me from enterprise rental. They stayed in contact with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They also returned the rental for me when my suv was ready for pick up! I had not one conversation with the insurance company due to them handling everything. My suv looked like I'd just bought it off the car room floor. Excellent job!!! Kenosha Collison and Repair is the only and best place to repair your vehicle. They take pride in what they do and make sure you are satisfied. I'm recommending them to everyone!
