I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely wonderful. It’s not often you come across a family-owned business that truly makes you feel like more than just another customer, but that’s exactly what they did. The quality of their work was outstanding—my car looks amazing, and you would never know it had been damaged. What impressed me even more was how kind, honest, and genuine Scott and Stacy were. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process completely stress-free. It was so refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were second to none. I literally cried when I got my car back. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Scott explained the problem with the paint peeling and recommended a reasonable solution. The paint job looks fantastic and I’m very pleased with the results. The job was completed on time and I feel reasonably priced. I recommend them highly !

I was extremely happy with my car service from Scott’s American Collision. I had a small ding I didn’t wanna go through insurance. Scott worked with me got me in quickly because I couldn’t stand the dent in my car and when I got the car back in only two days my entire card been cleaned. They found things that I didn’t know were in the car even money which they left on the center council and I just recently returned from Florida. The entire front end of my car was full of love bugs. I knew I had to hurry up and get them off, but when I got home, I discovered that they had removed all of the love bugs when they cleaned my car, I was ecstatic. I had to call them back and thank them because I did not expect them to do that for that little dent that I had I’d recommend them 100% to anybody in the City Of Kenosha Racine or Winter Harbor.

I was completely satisfied with this body shop. They’re locally owned and operated. You can’t go wrong. They work with me. They notified me that kept me informed every step of the way contacted my rental agency for me. They were wonderful.

Who loves accidents? Definitely NOT me. Coming to Scott's for the repairs of my vehicle was great! They even cleaned the inside of my car, like detailed / vacuumed it. Amazed and happy that the car was ready sooner than expected. What accident? Looks like nothing ever happened. I hope they never see me again (meaning vehicle damages) BUT IF I NEEDED TO I'D SURELY RETURN. Would recommend them to anyone.
