Great job on painting the fenders and door jamb perfect blend! Body side moldings have slight over spray on the chrome as does the windshield that I will have to clean off but nothing major.

I had hoped they would have applied paint to some chipped paint and a scratch that we had discussed that was not related to the accident repair since it was in and they had the paint but that did not happen.

Staff shouldn’t say it will be done in less time than it will actually take. You should say it’s going to take a little longer than it actually will do that customers can gage how long they need another car for.
