The repairs took an excessive amount of time to complete. Incorrect status updates were provided. Incorrect parts were received and not detected until almost all repairs were complete.

I had an 84 Nissan Sentra that was in an accident had it repaired by another shop and had to take it to Ken't to be straightened and they did the work had the car and put another 4 years and 85k on it

Yes, I can recommend them for sure. They did a good job and made things uncomplicated. Communication could have been a little better? Maybe a phone call mid-week/repair to say everything was going well and as expected (or not, had it gone that direction) that could have improved the experience a little better than a 9 out of 10?
