I quit getting updates after the first month and had to call myself almost every week. Then when I got the car back there's new damage and not everything was fixed

The work that was done was very good! Weekly updates were good until the end. It seems communication was inaccurate. It was finally ready 9 days after the initial day. Which would have been fine but everytime I called I was given false hope. Other than that it was good experience!

At the end the communication wasn’t accurate. I was called a week before the original date of pickup going over costs and payment! It sounded like it was on target. Instead someone kept changing the pick up date and sounded like they just started it.
