While the repair they worked most recently was very impressive, if Id failed to personally inspect my vehicle the first pickup attempt, they'd have left unfinished repairs from February/March of 2025' from a very unfortunate, previous claim. It seems tobme they have quite a penchant for having motorists depart after paying their deductibles in full for unfinished repairs.

We are all human here. Saying that, I left the office or ended calls often confused about things discussed and/or peculiar phrasology such as, "it might fall apart on the way home", or "hope we never see you again." I wondered if it was a joke or if maybe they were being passive aggressive. It gave me the sense these folks are swamped in customers and perhaps have much freedom of taking liberties with the business.
