I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The work was completed on time and my car looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. I really appreciated how smooth they made the whole process. Ken’s CARSTAR has always done a wonderful job for us, the repairs look amazing, andJay communicates with you to let you know the status of your vehicle while it’s being repaired. They are convenient, you can drop your rental car off when the job is complete and they take care of the rest! They always clean your car also before you pick it up, which is a very nice perk! 10/10
