Did a great job on the car, but underestimated the cost. Which meant that the insurance company of the person that hit us underpaid for the repairs. Had to cover it ourselves. Big hassle.

I think the hood was missed (looked the same while the rest of the van looked shiny) and there are is a nick where the edge of the buffer got the inside of the door handle

Well kepner's Body Shop did a beautiful job there was curious I was in a spot where I needed a special vehicle fixed and I was didn't know what to do so I went to kempner's and I'm actually the manager very nice lady beautiful lady gave me a ride home I would recommend kepner's if you got a Specialty Vehicle these people are awesome they're younger guys that are working on a cars they know what they're doing they specialize in Corvettes it's worth the extra dollar to go with kepner's

As in the past Kepners did a great job replacing a rear fender of my truck . The color match of my RedTint 2018 GMC was perfect. People would never know it had been replaced .

We really appreciated that we were kept informed about progress. There were some setbacks but Kepner’s continued to work on getting things done. Ryan was very good about calling and explaining what was going on. Lori found some last minute things that needed more attention and made sure everything was done. Took my car in on a Tuesday and a week later picked it up. Yes there were some issues with the Holiday weekend and it getting completed by the Friday and I understood out of their control. They kept me in the loop on what was going on, I appreciate all that they did. Thank you!
