While my daughter was driving the car to school, it overheated she had to pull over and found there was no coolant at all. It was towed back to Keri earlier this evening

Keri Workers were very friendly and treated me like family. When I spoke to Liz and told her that Geico said that my car was a total loss, her question was, “how does the car run?” I said great, even after the accident. Her advice was go home and think about it, the car can be fixed. She showed me on her computer what could be done. I took her advice and did just that. I went home, thought about it and called her the next day and said “go ahead and fix my car”. If I had listened to Geico and what they said my car would be in pieces. Then find out later it could be repaired, I would not have been a happy camper. My car is special to me because my son helped me get the Ford Edge, and he passed away 2 years ago. I thank Liz and all who worked on my car for returning my car to me. Keri Coach Works will be the place that I bring my to for any maintenance or inspection work. Thanks again!

I was 100% Satisfied with the repair to my car. I do have several comments about minor issues that I never experienced with Keri before. 1- I had called to reschedule. Spoke to a woman. Didn’t ask for her name. Then, the day of my original appointment, I received TWO calls asking why I hadn’t come in for my repair. 2- When I received the call that the car was ready, I said that I would be there shortly. The woman on the phone said that she would “tell them to bring my car to the front.” When I arrived, the car had not been brought out. The ONLY problem I have with this is that if you promise good service, then you have to deliver. If she hadn’t said anything, it wouldn’t have mattered. The work at Keri is top notch. Appreciate all the body shop pros. They’re amazing. 🥇 Thanks so much.
