At the end The quality of repair was fine …Took you FOUR TIMES to get it right . Total lack of quality control, combined with too casual of an attitude when questioning work

Customer service was poor -often received a message no name , called back went to a mailbox . Getting a computer issued update that wasn’t backed up by a live person is poor. I shouldn’t have to chase you to talk to someone on a major repair
