New scratches and blemish appearing paint was not dry when bumped with something causing metal to be exposed and rippling paint at the spot.

I received text messages that I couldn't reply to. Or at least when I did no one answered my question. But they kept me updated, and they were nice in person. I just wish that my question would have had some follow up. I was very anxious throughout this process (my first time with needing body work), a little hand holding would have felt better. But no one was rude. They were professional and Chris was great! He got to business, and got everything going.

The inside of my vehicle was damaged during the repair. The frame around the dial for my headlight was broken. I notified the shop and provided images, have not heard anything. The actual repair they did was great, Finding they broke something else was not

The repair they did was fine. But again, additional damage was done to my vehicle during the repair. Would be a 9 if y'all didn't do additional damage to my vehicle

The repair I went to them for was completed well. However, damage was done to my vehicle during the course of the repair. I communicated this, was told yesterday (7/30) that a manager would be in touch "shortly", and I have not heard anything. There were two points of new damage on my vehicle- the housing frame for the headlight dial inside the car, and a hole in the side of my vehicle (in a rust spot) that was not there when I dropped my vehicle off.
