My Experience

My car was at your shop for 8 weeks. I was told it would be done by end of 2017. When it wasn’t I didn’t here anything back so I called and was told that it would be done the next week. When I called the next week I was told it would be done by Friday and he would call me Thursday to let me know. I didn’t here anything Thursday so I waited til Friday afternoon and called I was told it would be done Monday I told him I could make it Monday, but I could pick it up Wednesday. I call Wednesday and I’m told it will be done by Thursday or Friday I tell him again with work I can’t pick it up but I can pick it up Saturday. He calls me Saturday morning and says he’s still not done with it but it will be done in 45 min. When I show up my truck is outside and it looks great. I finish the paper work and while I’m filling out the paperwork another gentlemen shows up for his car when I’m walking out to my car he is outside with the man telling him that his car isn’t done and pointed to me as to why it wasn’t done. The work that was done was great, but the stringing me along and blaming me for as to why someone’s car wasn’t done is very unprofessional.
