I don't generally care for the 1-10 scale as accurate given that it's somewhat understood that "10" means "good" and anything less than that means something bad, but as far as my experience goes I suppose 10 would be the most congruent with regards to what one can expect at Kilcoyne. The people were super polite and my bumper legitimately looks brand new. Did I bring my Kia in for a bumper repair and get a Ferrari in return? No, and I guess that would actually be the closest thing to a 10 with regards to satisfaction but I'm more than happy to settle for a bumper that rolled in looking like I went off-roading in a low-rider and got something looking fresh from the dealership.
