From the moment that we pulled up with questions and concerns until the moment we drove off the lot with our repaired truck EVERYONE we encountered was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful! Jared (I believe was his name) was very helpful in letting us know what our truck would need and very successful in making sure that’s what we got. There were no surmise expenses or “uh oh’s “ or anything else. The service and the personification we ALL perfect! Tracy was SO kind and sweet each time I called to talk to her or check on things. Thank you!!!

Body work and paint job itself was pretty good. However, I had to send the vehicle back 6 times for obvious mistakes that should have been caught by them before telling me it was ready. These include a plastic pin missing from the underside of cab. The back door alignment being off. Front door hinge not fixed. Cut in wheel well (which they did). And cut in the new paint job, which they didn't even fix the first time I sent it back for this. It was as if once the body guys said it was done, nobody even looked at it for obvious problems before calling to say it was ready. Bad management.
