Excellent work. Definitely recommend. However make sure whatever insurance company you use to make sure to ask how much they cover on labor rate. Geico only cover $60 an hour

Paint and body work outstanding hood needs to be polished it's still wasn't buffed out on top missing a door handle for the driver side fuel access and one of the bay doors that was painted needs a slight adjustment on the latch but all in all quality work thank you

The shop quoted me "no more than 3 days", the job took almost 3 weeks to replace a bumper that I'm pretty sure did not need replacing. It had a scuff on it and I understand that can't be buffed out on plastic but there was nothing wrong with the bumper. As days went by (I had a car rental in the meantime) I had to keep calling the shop to get an ETA--each time being told it would be any day now. I requested they update me once they knew the part was in so I could better plan my schedule as I travel for work an such, but I was never given an update. Each time I called the part was "on its way", one of the times I called they told me that the bumper was in but that I now had a sensor broken they had to order and replace. The staff was pleasant, I just didn't feel that they were professional in their communication about the timing of the job and the extent of the repair as originally quoted.

Can't say how happy I am with y'alls shop. I primarily dealt with Hunter. I really appreciated his knowledge of Ford's but, more importantly, I really appreciated his efforts to put genuine parts on my old truck and working with insurance to get it covered. Thanks again guys! I will be recommending your shop to everyone going forward
