They were amazing, even kept the car with no storage fee until my husband was able to pick it. And the only reason it wasn't ready when promised was the windshield that was ordered was not up to standard with the car so the shop ordered an appropriate windshield and installed (no charge to us). Would highly recommend King to anyone!

My head light covers wasn't cleaned as promised, their were scratches on the front right cover from the accident.(Alston probably forgot to mention it to the tech )Other than that everything else was great, y'all always does good work!

My right head light wasn't buffed from some deep grooves/scratches from the accident, Ashton said they had some headlight cleaner and probably could buff and clean my head lights but probably forgotten!

Brought my truck back to repair air noise coming through the header of the door and the latch didn't close properly they fixed the latch but the air noise was still there said they could barely hear it when I drove away I saw the opposite window was open when I closed it the air noise was still there. When it rains water comes in. When the door was smashed the same was there. Seems to me the door was not replaced instead was repaired with Bondo
