I would like to thank the collision team with getting my Genesis back to normal. I only had it for 2 wks and was devastated when someone hit me but things do happen. This was my first time ever having to experience this type of process but I’m sooo thankful for King Cadillac Collision team, they did an excellent job. I would rate my satisfaction as a 1 – completely dissatisfied. The quality of the repair was unacceptable, and the work needs to be redone. I’m currently in the process of arranging for the necessary corrections. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
