The part was on hold for a while, not to the fault of the shop. Whenever they called to push the appointment back for several weeks, they were very kind, understanding, and patient. The repair took only one day, and they detailed the interior of the vehicle thoroughly. I was very impressed and grateful. Each time I talked with an employee they were overwhelmingly, kind, patient, and professional.

My truck has a is screeching sound now when I step on the gas pedal, and there is a rumble coming from underneath the truck somewhere.Also there are a few electrical issues, namely the driver side door window now has a delay when I roll both the front driver and front passenger windows down at the same time. The open door light flickers for some reason now as well.

Once again I needed extra work done on vehicle and my request to have it fixed was basically ignored.

The work done for the accident was fine, no complaints there. However I mentioned on the day I brought car in that I had a deep scratch on the back hatch that needed repaired. I told the staff to bill me separately to fix. The vehicle was with you for 20 days and 6 hours before I came to pick it up I was told it could not be buffed out. Well I knew that 20 days ago. You folks had plenty of time to fix what I requested and you didn’t. Will not go back because you don’t follow instructions.
