While the repair work was done very well, the time it took to make the repair, 5 weeks, with no calls from anyone at King was disappointing. I know at pickup Jack said some extra damage was found, but I was originally told it would be done in about 6 days. Someone should have called me.

Process was incredibly long and hit multiple roadblocks. Started with having to go in for additional pictures of the vehicles which nobody called me about, then I had to call several times bc rarely would anyone ever call and update me. I was told multiple times it would be finished by a certain point and it wasn’t. Overall very frustrating process.

Very easy to work with. Staff is always accommodating. I like the way you’re informed during the process, they always call with updates. The jobs done are always perfect.
