Had dent repair done all on the car, had a lot of smudges and marks all over the car, would have expected it to have been buffed out better after all the dent corrections were done. Not cleaned very well.

I was originally told it would be a two day job. On the third day it was still not done and I was told the tech had to be moved to a priority job. Made me feel like I was a nobody and my car didn’t matter. Took an extra 3 days to get the car back. I did not originally take the rental car because it was supposed to only take two days, so this created an inconvenience for the weekend.
