This was a private pay and they allowed me to bring pick up the vehicle and then bring in a check later that morning. My work scheduled did not allow me to arrive with a check Tuesday morning after the holiday.

My vehicle was repaired in a very timely fashion and I was contacted several times with updates. The vehicle was delivered when promised and was completely washed and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I did have to make a return visit with a minor issue that was addressed promptly and corrected. I am satisfied with King Collision’s service

Like I said earlier, they do good work a majority of the time. They received a lot of recommendations from people I know, I wouldn't be opposed to taking a vehicle there again based on the good reputation.

The car looked great when I picked it up, shiny, like new, inside and out - the detail department gets a ten. As far as the actual repairs are concerned, both doors were not on right, the window buttons from the driver door did not work, there was rubber molding drooped opening the back driver side door, the white plastic running from the dash to the ceiling just beyond the drivers side window was falling off, my dome light did not work, the gas arrow was pointing the wrong way and I could not drive the car over 60mph on a freeway because it was way out of alignment. I was told I would get the car back on a Friday, due to a death of an employee's relative, the pickup was delayed to Monday. I took off of work Monday to pick the car up only to be told it would be done Tuesday. When I called Tuesday I was told that there were some last minute things that needed done, and that the car would now be ready for pickup on Wednesday. I picked it up on Wednesday and discovered everything I listed as not fixed within the body of this review in about 15 minutes. Not sure who took it for a test ride or pushed the buttons that did not work, but that is where they fell short. Nice people and great at what they do - just not this time.

Phone inquiries were handled professionally and when I did talk to the person assigned to my car, he offered vehicles so I could return a rental, but that should have been a sigh to me that my car would not be ready when I was told it would. They did complete the work within the 51 day limit, but not when I was told I would get my "repaired" vehicle back.
