I thought they would’ve done a better job on the hail damage overall and I would’ve liked the same bumper that was originally on my Jeep when I brought it in and it took entirely too long to fix. Other then that I understand due to the insurance company

The employee at the front desk jumped up put her coat on and went outside to assess the situation about why I brought the car in. She was extremely knowledgeable and quickly started writing up an estimate. She was spit on with her observations and even though it was near the Thanksgiving holiday the parts needed were ordered and came in. Courteous and good attention to detail is how I would describe our experience. We were very pleased with the outcome . They are very well known in our area and have a great reputation.
