Worst experience I have ever had! The auto clubs rep gave horrible customer service and mike at Kirby collision was so condescending. Tip do not call an adult woman “hun”! Will never go back and will advise others not to go there either.

Good service, quick turnaround, good job on repair, looks factory. Would not recommend hertz rental. Poor customer relations not friendly acted like this was inconvenient to do. One associate sneezing and coughing near customers.
