When I first was told my truck was fine I came to pick it up and the hood was not lined up correctly then when I left it I was called an told there were also flaws in the paint so it would be a few more days that I do appreciate it because that I did not notice

When I was first told my truck was ready for pick up I came to get it and the hood was way off center so I left it and good thing I did because upon further review the body shop team found flaws in the pain on the hood and had to repaint the hood and then give it back to me , I’m still waiting for the emission sticker to be put on under the hood I was told someone would come to my house to put that on and that’s us awesome customer service but to be that’s not to important to me at all I knew it was on back order so over all I’m happy with the final outcome just wish who ever Does the final inspection would of noticed these flaws before I came to pice up my truck instead of me

Was disappointed the body shop failed to clear the codes before I picked it up. They did make it right by coming to get it and taking it back to fix it, but still a hassle.

Klaben auto body was great. Derek and Kristen were amazing throughout the process and everyone I interacted with were friendly and always there to make sure I was taken care of. I went there for a second estimate on the recommendation of a friend and so glad I did. Not only was the service way better than the other repair shop who has many locations, but their price was well below. As long as their current staff is there, if you go there, you won’t want to go back to anyone else.

I had to tighten 3 bolts on the front of the vehicle after I got the truck home. Looks great otherwise.
