Exceptional service (Kristen) and workmanship. My Aviator had substantial damage from the hail storm several weeks ago. It took Klaben 4 weeks to repair due to a side rear window that kept coming in damaged thru shipment. The timing didn't matter. The Aviator is now "brand new". The repair shop is next to none. Thanks to all.

Kristin. Bruner made my experience wonderful. She was professional and courteous. She kept me up to date on status of repairs. She went out of her way to take my jeep to the service department for a previous scheduled oil change and recall notice. Kristin deserves 5 stars

It took a little longer than I had hoped to finish the repairs, but there were interactions with the insurance company to navigate. The work they did seems very good and I'm very happy with it. The car actually handles better than it did before the accident. An expensive way, perhaps, to get an alignment, but ... There is no visible sign at all of my an accident, the car handles well, and I'm very satisfied. Every time I called to ask questions about insurance coverage, or progress on the work I received very friendly and courteous responses. I'll have no problem at all in the future using Klaben again, and no problem at all recommending them to others. Thanks for the very good work.
