We pride ourselves on being straightforward and honest. We communicate very well with our customers, employees, and insurance companies. We believe in taking care of our mutual customers in a complete manner, not only making sure they receive a quality repair, but dealing with their emotions and concerns about the condition of their vehicle. We give them confidence in our ability to restore their vehicle to pre-accident condition. To insure this we follow up with a phone call to every customer to ensure they are completely satisfied with the repair. This has proven to be very effective.

The staff at KMG Auto Body are amazing. The owner and his son are extremely professional, honest and helpful. I brought my vehicle there after a MVA. The vehicle was purchased used, so had some scratches and dings. KMG Auto Body touched up some of those imperfections free of charge. The color match was flawless. And, they detailed my car, vacuuming and shining the inside. I couldn't believe it, my car looked brand new at pick up! Amazing work ... I would recommend KMG Auto Body to anyone in need of quality service from a professional and genuine auto body shop!

My Experience

Very friendly staff. Everyone was extremely polite and patiently answered all the questions, which were not a few. We helped with the insurance campaign. They kept me informed of what was happening. The work was done efficiently and on time. I was impressed that they cleaned my car interior, repaired all the minor scratches on the body and even blackened my tires. I was very satisfied. Thank them all very much for their hard work. I will definitely recommend your campaign to my friends.

Smallest issue is that the site with the repair time estimate sometimes wouldn't update. But the breakdown there is important and raises the bar for anywhere I go. I'll be back and if anyone in the area needs car work, I'll recommend KMG.
