A Stress-Free Experience from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to KMG two weeks after my car was damaged by snow, simply looking for a quote — I had no idea what to expect. Right away, the owner surprised me with something I didn’t know: I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket, because insurance would cover it. That alone was a huge relief. From our very first meeting, I felt completely at ease. The owner was not only friendly and professional, but I could tell he genuinely cared about my situation and was committed to giving me an honest assessment — not just a sale. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Once I left my car in their hands, the communication was excellent. I received continuous updates throughout the process, and any time I had a question, the staff was happy and ready to help. I never felt left in the dark. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. The damaged area looked absolutely fabulous — like it never happened. But they went above and beyond what I expected: the interior and exterior were fully detailed, the battery had been recharged, and they treated the windshield, which was remarkably clear afterward. The whole car felt brand new. What I dreaded as a stressful, complicated ordeal turned out to be one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of work was outstanding. I left feeling genuinely grateful and appreciative. Thank you, KMG, for making this so simple and easy. Mario was exceptionally patient, efficient and helpful. He looked at the damage to my vehicle and provided a rough estimate. He explained the difference between after market parts vs. those used by dealership. He even offered to help me transfer my belongings from my car into the rental. This type of professionalism and customer service is rare. I was 1000% satisfied, and the repair was amazing... my vehicle looked new, especially with the custom detailing work. Great work!

I had a great experience with this auto shop. They fixed the dent on my car door perfectly, and the work looks excellent. They even sent my car to be washed, so it came back clean and shiny. I was also impressed that they cleaned the area under the hood near the battery and engine. They really went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the care they took with my car.
