A couple of things weren't quite right when I picked up the car. By the next day you resolved them. That's why I've been coming to Knoblock since the 1990's.

1) I was misinformed about part of the repair. I was led to believe that the broken headlight housing would be replaced with a new one. Instead I got a used one with scratches and scuffs. 2) I was told that the other headlight housing would be buffed and treated to match the "NEW" replaced housing. When I picked it up, it was never done. Now I have to go back again, leave my car so they can fix it.

Out of all the repair work done... just the drivers door is the only thing I can praise. 1) cracked bumper. Replaced? No patched. A broken headlight housing, replaced with a used one showing scratches and scuffs. I was told the passenger side housing would by buffed to at least match what I thought was a new one... it was never done. When you take bad parts and put them on a new repair it shows. Case in point, the rubber strip under the bumper has a chunk missing out of it. So instead of a replaced bumper cover my old one was patched. Look, normally I'd say it is what it is but for mid 3 grand the only replaced part was my cracked grill. Does that seem like something you would like to display? I have an appointment to return the car on the 5th. Of October to do the headlight housing buffering. I was told that if I chose to have the passenger housing replaced to match what I thought was a new one e. It would be around $1,300.00. According to AC Delco OEM that's the cost of a new one. You gave me a used one. J.P. Auto which sells GM parts.... $135.00 for both left and right side... new. No scuffs, no scratches. Of course I'm no expert on car parts but you can see why I'm unhappy. Now it turns out my used headlight housing has moisture inside of what should be a sealed system.
