My rear wiper is installed incorrectly. It is not wiping the rear window it is wiping the back of the vehicle. Also button to open the back door no longer works. I can only open the back door by using the fob.

Dropped car off on 9/15 to begin repairs. About a week after I called to follow up on the progress of the repairs. At that time I was told my car blew up! I was left speechless. Then Jose says just joking it's Friday funnies..... Needless to say I was not amused. I was told I could pick car up on 10/10 so I did that after work that day. Then I discovered the rear hatch door lock was not functioning properly. I also discovered the rear wiper was not properly installed because it was pointing down and wiping the back of the car, not the window! So I had to make arrangements to bring car back on 10/14. I got the car back at the end of the day. This was really inconvenient as I didn't want to rent a car for 1 day so I had to rely on friends to get me to and from work that day. Now I have discovered the rear piece on the roof that hangs over the rear window is a bit scratched and not properly attached! There is a big gap on one side and exposed screws. The scratches were NOT there before and not caused by the accident either. So this morning I went back to knoblocks at 7:30 am before I went to work to speak with them about this. I asked them to get this piece properly attached and try to buff out the scratches... So this process has not gone as smoothly as I had hoped. I now have to make arrangements to bring the car in again.....

I am extremely happy with Knoblock. Everything from the staff, to the service, and the outcome of my car. Jose was fabulous. The odds were against him with parts for my car but he did not disappoint! He kept me in touch every step, every update and he did not mind fielding my calls when I called. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me as much as you did! Everyone who helped went above and beyond what I feel most Auto shops would. Thank you for being exceptional people who care about your clients and have a a passion to help people! I would recommend Knoblock to everyone Thank you for your help I appreciate so much everything everyone had done who had a part of servicing me and also anyone who turned a wrench to fix my car!
