Paint job on my hood very poor lot of orange peel and paint buildup and chips that were supposed to be fixed were painted over bumper is a half an inch lower on the driver side than the passenger side and the timeframe you gave me from a week and a half to 20 days very poor and I told you from day one it was going into service for recalls and the day it goes to recalls, they don’t have the parts after 20 days of knowing it was coming there so I have to take it back. The hood is orange peeled terribly very dissatisfied would never use you again if I had a choice.

There were problems with the part and they didn’t call to inform me. I had to call them because I kept receiving text messages that the repairs were on schedule and that was not the case. They should’ve had a service manager call to inform me of the problem instead of letting me believe my car repairs were on track.
