Our initial pickup was not good. The door wasn’t aligned properly, there was a ding that needed polished out on the bumper and there was an area that wasn’t painted right. We were shocked these things would pass final inspection

The repair work on my vehicle has been executed with professionalism and transparency. Vehicle seems fine and body work looks good. I did have to call the shop to be informed on updates but I was always able to speak to a shop mechanic or manager. Koch33 Collision guarantees their work with any future issues and I am happy with the present outcome.
