I asked about alignment and felt car was drifting. Koch indicated they would check and bill me if there was nothing wrong. Felt like that was very unfair and declined further inspections.

I would recommend them but tell the friend that they should discuss their concerns about getting updates about their cars being fixed early on so they don't worry after their cars are dropped off.

I had to wait 2 weeks but everything was great. I do have one slight problem when I turn on the heat or air, I hear a slight whistling sound that wasn't there when I bought the car.

I was impressed. My headlights were aligned, bumper was aligned perfectly, my interior was left spotless! I'm also impressed with the attention to detail. I had asked for my lower valances to be painted matte black on my Toyota 4Runner. They also painted my pro grille the same matte black so that everything matched perfectly. I'm so impressed after having such a bad experience back in 2023.

I'm impressed and very happy. My headlights are aligned perfectly. All OEM parts were used as per my instructions. They also went the extra mile to make sure my grille was color matched matte black to match my lower front and rear valances.
