At Route 33 Collision all of our equipment was purchased with quality and efficiency in mind. Our quality will not be jeopardized by faulty equipment or employee neglect. Our goal is to be as efficient as possible while still being able to provide our clients with quality repairs, building relationships with respectable insurance companies, and giving our clients an experience they will not find anywhere else. The entire Collision team exceeded my expectations! Every employee, every department, went above and beyond to make this a great experience. The night my car was hit by a driver who was not paying attention was very disappointing - nobody wants this. However no one was hurt and that was a gift that I am thankful for. I knew of Koch Collision as my daughter had used your services when her car was hit 2 years ago. From the moment I walked in and got my estimate to yesterday when I picked up my car upon its completion the communication was outstanding- text updates all along the way! The repair, repaint & detail -was done to perfection - My car looks like it's brand new. The cleaning of my whole car's exterior & interior shocked me on how great of a job that was done- WOW. Thank you very much to the whole Team for turning what started as a negative event into a positive, knowing that people do care about doing a great job and have pride in their work.

The guy who was supposed to tell me what you guys fixed was so arrogant that he left wen I received a call in between him explaining though I asked him to hold on for a minute but he just made a face n left n never came back I got my keys from reception and asked m good to go !

Michael and his team at the Collision center were so helpful during my ordeal. It started with a tree falling on my Silverado in November. In December while they still had my vehicle due to back ordered parts, I struck a dear with my Tacoma. My rental was running out and he got me back in a rental till my Silverado was functional. Koch made my Tacoma good as new, even the aftermarket emergency lights and siren. I could not be happier with the job done. I’m sorry for being a pain Kaylee, Michael, Dashia (sp?)! I know my vehicles were well taken care of and fixed correctly.
