Excellent service and excellent staff. I was always informed via email or phone call about the repairs to my car. The completion of my car repairs were done on time as of January 12th. I would definitely recommend Koch 33 Auto Collision repairs done to any vehicle.

I had to take my car back again because things were repaired poorly, which I can understand with the amount of damage my car had. However even after taking it back a second time things are still not repaired correctly. I am extremely frustrated.

I have a clunk sound in left front when i go ovet a bump. So i have to bring it back for you to look at. Body work is good

I was not pleased with the additional costs from the original estimate. I received a call before work started on my truck informing me that the cost increased 20% from $640 to $800. The repair was for a small dent and scratch on the door which was a very simple repair so apparantley the original estimator did not put a whole lot of thought into my repair when putting together the original estimate. Because I had used Koch rental service and already had dropped of my truck and had your rental car I felt that I had no choice but to agree to the additional costs and have the repairs done. This was not an insurance claim and all costs were incurred by myself. I'm seriously considering severing my ties with Koch because I feel like I was played and taken advantage of.

I went back because of the fender issue after they put the fender back on the left rear the right rear pop up a littlle. Yes. it was fix but I still have to go back just very busy to shoe Jim my complain on the fender they fix.
