At Route 33 Collision all of our equipment was purchased with quality and efficiency in mind. Our quality will not be jeopardized by faulty equipment or employee neglect. This process was very easy and timely. Kelly (or Kelli) was most helpful and friendly. The tech (if thatâs the title) was professional in all aspects. The estimate was reasonable, the work done quickly. All in all, a good experience.

I liked the fact that Mike called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on my vehicle and always asked if I had any questions. I did have a few, and Mike answered them completely. I also liked the fact that the delivery date given was way in advance so as not to disappoint. I expecting a 10/30 delivery date but it was ready on 10/23. Thank you as it made an unfortunate situation a more bearable.
