At Route 33 Collision all of our equipment was purchased with quality and efficiency in mind. Our quality will not be jeopardized by faulty equipment or employee neglect. Great experience, Great job on my car. The only thing I did not like was the way my return of the rental was handled. I was given no indication of the amt. I owed for the rental and it was just taken out of my checking account. I would have appreciated it if I was told what the total was and what my part of it was and not just take the money out of my account.

They have excellent customer service at the front desk. I was treated with courtesy and scheduling my car repair was easy on the phone. I would get updates on my car through phone calls. I was very pleased the the overall service. I would highly recommend it. They did an excellent job to our ford 2014.
