Just minutes from New Jersey, we are in the perfect location to service the Lehigh Valley, The Pocono's and western New Jersey. At Route 33 Collision all of our equipment was purchased with quality and efficiency in mind. Our quality will not be jeopardized by faulty equipment or employee neglect. Our goal is to be as efficient as possible while still being able to provide our clients with quality repairs, building relationships with respectable insurance companies, and giving our clients an experience they will not find anywhere else. Excellent. Was looking at 3 Toyota Collision Centers. Koch 33's Jason went above and beyond. I dropped in to check out the shop as a potential place to replace my favorite Thompson Collision which is no longer in a convenient location to my work or life. With Dale Fry gone, I would need to find a new contact down there and it's out of my way now. So, I dropped by 2 other shops. Koch was my last one. Jason stayed half hour after close. Listened, explained. Listened and explained some more. After leaving so late, feeling heard. Confident I was not going to owe more than Insurance plus my deductible. Hearing he would handle all the details after it was pulled apart and more damage found. After hearing that Koch would also handle my entire car rental, I was sold. Then I walked in to drop off my Sienna and was greeted by Deb, who handled all my Toyota rentals at a previous dealership that was handling a previous Sienna engine light ongoing nightmare, I'll be up to Koch for my next regularly scheduled maintenance. Afterall, Deb remembered I prefer to rent Prius's and my teen daughter does not! If the Koch Toyota Service at the dealership is as good as the Collision Center, I'll will be able to stop floating around dealership and settle into the one that fits my every day path.
